• →Parents/guardians whose mobile/email is used for authentication & essential communications
• →Teachers/school administrators where applicable

Note: We do not collect student date of birth, photographs, precise location, or government ID numbers as part of normal onboarding. Payments are processed by third-party gateways; we do not store full card details.

• →Create and manage accounts and access to Services
• →Send OTPs, login links, password resets, and essential service updates
• →Provide educational content, assessments, and learning reports
• →Provide customer support
• →Maintain platform security and prevent fraud/misuse
• →Comply with applicable laws and enforce our terms

Our Services may be used by children under 18. We process children's data for educational and service-delivery purposes only. Parent/guardian contact details are used for authentication and essential communications. We do not serve advertising in the Services and do not run targeted advertising to children. Parents/guardians may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion.

We may use essential cookies and technologies for login, session management, security, and basic site/app functionality. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising, and we do not run ads or third-party advertising trackers in the Services.

We may share information with:

• →Service providers (cloud hosting, OTP/SMS/email delivery, payment gateways, customer support tools) under confidentiality obligations
• →Schools where a school has subscribed and data relates to that school's students/teachers

We implement reasonable security practices and procedures designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; however, we take appropriate steps to reduce risk.

We aim to delete or de-identify student and parent/guardian personal data within 90 days of account deactivation or service end, unless retention is required by law or needed for legitimate security/audit purposes.

Parents/guardians may request:

• →Withdrawal of consent where applicable (may affect access)
