Terms of Use

The Services are operated by Kenexcel Software Private Limited (EKLUVYA).

Parents/guardians may create and manage accounts and purchases for student use. Access is provided using OTPs and/or login links sent to the registered mobile number/email. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of OTPs, login links, and account access. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

You may use the Services only for lawful educational purposes. You must not:

• →Misuse the Services or attempt unauthorised access or disrupt security
• →Share credentials or OTPs in a way that compromises account security
• →Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the platform or content
• →Use the Services to violate any law or third-party rights

All content, software, trademarks, and materials in the Services are owned by EKLUVYA and/or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription or authorised access period.

You authorise EKLUVYA to send transactional and service communications including OTPs, login links, password resets, and essential service updates to the mobile number/email associated with your account.

Subscription plans, duration, and features are described at the time of purchase. Each subscription provides one (1) year of access from the date of activation, unless a different plan duration is explicitly shown at checkout. Unless you cancel before the renewal date, your subscription will renew automatically and your payment method will be charged per the plan terms shown at checkout. Taxes including GST may apply.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• →You violate these Terms
• →Continued access poses a security risk
• →We are required to do so by law
• →Payment fails or is reversed

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific academic outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EKLUVYA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. EKLUVYA's total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you to EKLUVYA for the subscription in the preceding 12 months, except where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Warangal, Telangana shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
