Subscription Term
Each subscription provides one (1) year of access from the date of activation, unless a different plan duration is explicitly shown at checkout.
Cancellation of Auto Renewal
You may cancel auto renewal at any time before the renewal date by emailing support@ekluvya.guru with your registered mobile number/email and transaction reference.
Non Refundable
Duplicate Payment or Failed Activation
If you were charged but access was not activated within 24 hours of successful payment, email support@ekluvya.guru with your transaction reference. EKLUVYA will investigate and, where appropriate, activate access or take corrective action.
Refund Timeline
Where a refund is approved, it will typically be processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method, subject to bank and payment gateway timelines.
